Quiz Question 7 is missing "D", so the answer choices do not make sense.

Tricky questions

This was painful. The lag from the orator to the actual slides that gave less than adequate information, even when I continually stopped and took notes. And the tricky questions that were not as clear in the presentation - at all. Disappointing.

The questions exhibit inconsistent and poorly written formats, particularly in multiple-choice questions where some specify "select all that apply" while others do not. This inconsistency leads to confusion, assuming only one answer should be chosen for those not labeled as "select all that apply." Additionally, in question 7 of 10, requiring a match between 1-4 and a-d, the information for option d is missing from the question. It's unclear how these issues were addressed before making the content public. This initial experience with the website for continuing education learning has left me perplexed. The confusing quiz format makes it challenging to assess the correctness of what I've learned, creating a mismatch between my understanding and the quiz results. Despite the impressive course content, these issues discourage my interest in continuing to use this website or recommending it to my colleagues.

The course was good, but the quiz is poorly written. There are several questions that require the student select all that apply. However, the questions don't consistently indicate that to be the case.

question 7 does not include all 4 mounting options. It only shows a-c

Questions in the quiz need QC. For instance question 6, option d was not even listed. Need to take a guess. Question 7 & 8 need to add "list all that apply" instead of eluding to only one answer.

Very confusing wording of questions, especially #7. i still don't know what it was asking. If multiple answers apply, the question should state that. Very poor quality.

This course was not the best - at times overly basic in explanations (describing what wood is) and at others much too technical without good graphics to better explain the text (brackets/ mounting). It was also error-ridden grammatically in pronunciation (heat-gain said as "grain" and masonry said as "masonary"). The quiz questions were poorly worded, at times stating "Select all that apply" and at other times not stating that at all despite being true. The worst offense is that Question 7 doesn't provide all of the information needed to answer - the answers indicate that there is a letter (d) provided in the question wording, but the options end at letter (c), making this question totally unreasonable. Disappointed and I consider the course a waste of time.

Question 6/7/8 worded poorly. Question 7 did not even describe the "d" option

You should revisit question number 7 (matching track types with application types). It is extremely confusing, and you are missing one of the options for matching.

The worst quiz ever. I think question 6 doesn't even have a complete answer. There is no "d" listed.

test questions weren't worded clearly. The matching question didn't have an option for "d". I realize that the answer could be determined through a process of elimination, but...

The course's content was good. Its presentation was adequate ( the visual elements did not coincide exactly with the verbal). It was appropriate and useful for my practice. The level of quality was satisfactory. The user friendliness was poor intuit is was hard to fully understand the requirements for the answers to the questions. i was valuable to my professional development.

Should be more clear when asking for multiple choices rather than one correct answer. Say "check all that apply" for instance.

There were many, many grammatical errors in the text. There were also a number of mispronunciations such as "grain instead of gain" and "masonary instead of masonry". The course needs a good editing by a professional editor. Sloppy. Also, Question # 6 is completely unintelligible.

This course was average. Very basic for those who specify a lot of sectional doors. Also the quiz had one question where part of the question text was cut off making it impossible to answer. Obviously, I got that question wrong. Clopay is a good manufacturer, however.

One question is stupidly pedantic and does nothing to demonstrate actual learning or understanding. Another question was formatted terribly; what should have been a table was instead laid out in a sentence, and that sentence was cut off and did not include the full information, forcing the student to guess at the answer.

Questions confusing. Question 7 in particular, as there is no option d listed. This question needs some semi-colons to make the options clear.

questions are worded poorly. Unless I am missing something, there is no "d" option anywhere in the question but it is part of all possible answers... Also, If multiple answers are desired the say "Check all that apply"
